Please make sure all campers bring a water bottle. Water stations will also be provided. Campers can be dropped off but parents are more than welcome to sit in the stands to observe. Campers should bring their gloves, bat (but not required) cleats (no metal spikes) and batting helmet. (For the younger players they use "softies" baseballs the majority of the time). We do ask parents not to enter either indoor batting cage area or locker room because it does get crowded. Walkups are welcome provided there is availability. Cash/venmo/paypal accepted.

I, as a parent or guardian, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Deer Park Championship Baseball Camp and acknowledge the fact that he/she can physically participate in camp activities. I hereby authorize the camp staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I acknowledge that I may be responsible for any cost (through family medical insurance or otherwise) incurred due to sickness or injury to my son/ daughter. I hereby waive any claim I might have against the camp, director, or the institutions providing the facilities.
