This session of STP is for RETURNING DPISD FOOTBALL DEFENSE ONLY (10th/11th/12th graders). Each session will consist of a 2 hour workout geared towards improving speed, agility, strength, and power as well as sport specific training from their high school sport coaches. STP is voluntary and does not guarantee a position or place on a team. Refunds will not be granted for failure to attend. Dates of Camp: June 1-4 June 8-11 June 15-18 June 22-25 July 6-9 July 13-16

I hereby authorize the directors of the Deer Park Summer Training Program to act for me in accordance with their judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I further waive and release Deer Park ISD, the coaches, workers, or anyone associated with Deer Park Athletics from liability for any damages from injuries and or illnesses sustained at the Deer Park Summer Training Program. I know of no mental or physical conditions that might affect my child’s ability to participate. I understand that my child’s Skyward account will reflect any outstanding balance which may hinder their eligibility for registration for the upcoming school year.
